Dr Nici Leonard has more than 20 years’ experience in general practice, in addition to five years in hospital positions, particularly in obstetrics, gynaecology and psychiatry. This includes two years attached to the Rural Doctors training program in Toowoomba. She holds a Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and has trained with the Family Planning Association (FPA Health). Nici returned to general practice in Brisbane in 2004 after seven years based in Sydney. Her special interests are men and women’s health, antenatal care and psychiatry. She is also an accredited dive medical examiner.
