Dr Sisi Zhao graduated from UNSW with her primary medical degree in 2010 and attained her GP Fellowship in 2016. Dr Sisi Zhao graduated from UNSW with her primary medical degree in 2010 and attained her GP Fellowship in 2016. Prior to entering General Practice, she worked in Emergency Medicine at Prince of Wales Hospital, Sydney Children’s Hospital and in various locations throughout regional NSW. She holds postgraduate qualifications in Paediatrics, Emergency Medicine and Tropical Medicine, and maintains her skills in acute medicine by working at the Balmain Hospital GP Casualty Service.

Sisi is an examiner of GP trainees sitting their Fellowship exams and often assists with UNSW medical student examinations. While she enjoys all aspects of General Practice, she has a particular interest in global health, having worked for charity in developing countries including in remote areas of China, India, and Tanzania, and is currently completing a Master of International Public Health.
