I grew up in Melbourne and graduated from The University of Melbourne in 2008. I am a general practitioner working in Melbourne.

I grew up in Melbourne and graduated from The University of Melbourne in 2008. I did my intern and resident years at the Austin Hospital, Northern Hospital, Bendigo Hospital, Royal Children’s Hospital and Ryde Hospital (Sydney), and did my general practice training in rural NSW in Dubbo and Wagga Wagga, obtaining FRACGP in 2019. I have worked at a number of general practices in Melbourne before working at Umbrella Health Bentleigh East.

In addition to my GP training, I worked as a Cardiothoracic and General Surgery/Trauma Registrar at St Vincents Hospital Sydney, Paediatric Neurosurgery Registrar at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead, and Neurosurgery Registrar at The Royal Hobart Hospital. I received training from a number of courses run by The Royal Australasian College of Surgeons including basic surgical skills and the Postgraduate Diploma of Surgical Anatomy. I have also contributed to medical research, and am a co-author on 8 peer-reviewed papers including a publication in the prestigious Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews.

I am interested in all aspects of general practice, including health prevention, chronic disease management, weight management, minor office surgical procedures, neurological conditions, musculoskeletal health, cardiovascular health, mental health. My practice focuses on using the most recent and reliable information in providing health care. I am interested in empowering individuals to understand their health conditions and work collaboratively to create solutions suitable for the individuals and families I am caring for.
