Irene completed her medical training at the University of Melbourne and St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne, followed by further cardiology training at the Alfred Hospital and Box Hill Hospital. Following this, she completed a Fellowship in Electrophysiology at Monash Medical Centre.

At The Royal Melbourne Hospital, Dr Stevenson and Associate Professor Harry Mond run a pacemaker clinic and are in charge of the satellite country device clinics in Shepparton ad Albury.
