Biography

Dr David Cross is a General Cardiologist and Cardiac Imaging Cardiologist located in Brisbane, Queensland. He has a special interest in non-invasive and invasive cardiac imaging such as cardioversion, ECG monitoring, echocardiograms and electrocardiograms.

Dr Cross consults at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, The Wesley Hospital in Auchenflower, and Westside Private Hospital in Taringa. He also regularly consults in the GenesisCare Practices at the Sunshine Coast University Hospital and in Milton. He is one of the longest standing physicians and members of GenesisCare Cardiology.

He completed his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery at the University of Queensland in Brisbane.

Dr Cross is passionate about clinical cardiovascular research and has been the principal investigator for a number of clinical studies. He has dedicated over 30 years to the Wesley Medical Research organisation and is currently the Chair of the Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery Research Committee.
