Dr Alex Roati is an Interventional Cardiologist consulting at St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside, North Lakes Specialist Centre and Queensland Cardiovascular Group (QCG) where he is also a Director.
Alex completed his medical degree at the University of Queensland and completed advanced cardiology training at The Prince Charles Hospital and Townsville Hospital in Queensland. Following this, Alex completed further training in interventional cardiology when he was awarded a Fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at St Vincent’s Hospital in Melbourne.
Dr Roati has a special interest and expertise in clinical cardiology, coronary angiography, coronary angioplasty and stenting, as well as, provision of urgent interventional services to patients with acute coronary syndromes.
Dr Roati is passionate about improving patient outcomes and is invited to speak at numerous cardiology conferences, meetings and panels.
