Dr Stanley Woodhouse is a Consultant Cardiologist located in Queensland who currently consults at the Mater Hill Family Medical Centre in Woolloongabba. He has a special interest in interventional cardiology, diagnostic cardiology such as exercise stress testing and echocardiography, as well as preventative cardiology and the management of hypertension.

Dr Woodhouse also has a keen interest in researching lipid metabolism disorders and familial hypercholesterolemia, heart failure, and exercise rehabilitation.

He has held a number of teaching and leadership roles as a lecturer and educator for physicians, general practitioners and undergraduates. He previously held the Director of Cardiology role at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane.

Stanley completed his medical degree at the University of Otago followed by residency training at Dunedin Hospital in New Zealand. He completed Fellowships at both McGill University and Johns Hopkins University.
